Cancellation Policy
Our mobile service fee is considered due and payable upon confirmation of the calendar request. Once payment has been received by the company it is considered non-refundable should you cancel for any reason and regardless if the notary is en route, execution of signature is incomplete or due to any error in the notarial act.
